CBC Joins Forces with Advait, GFHA (Go For Hydrogen Africa), and Cleanvestree Africa to Lead CleanTech, Power Transmission, and Carbon Market Integration, Targeting Global Industries and African Growth

Ahmedabad, India – March …, 2025 – The CleanTech Business Club (CBC), its strategical joint ventures GFHA (Go For Hydrogen Africa), Cleanvestree Africa and Advait Energy Transitions have entered into two groundbreaking strategic alliances to drive the next phase of CleanTech, clean hydrogen, and clean water transformation across key global markets. The agreements, signed during a high-level gathering in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, mark a major milestone in CBC’s mission to integrate carbon markets, power transmission, and sustainable energy solutions into the clean economy.

Advait and CBC Join Forces for the CBC Carbon Exchange Hub

The first alliance establishes a pioneering initiative to converge CleanTech industries, carbon markets, and power transmission. As part of this collaboration, Advait will play a leading role in structuring the CBC Carbon Exchange Hub. This initiative will integrate carbon credits into cleantech, clean water, and clean hydrogen strategies as additional selling points, creating new revenue streams for CBC’s targeted critical industries undergoing cleantech transformation. These industries include Energy Majors, Mining & Utilities, Infrastructure & Heavy Industry, Construction, Architecture & Hospitality, Maritime, Aerospace, Food & Agriculture, and the AI & Digital Industry.

Under this partnership:

  • Advait will host the CBC Carbon Exchange Hub’s global office in Ahmedabad, India, ensuring a strong operational base.
  • Shalin Steth, the company’s Founder and CEO, will be appointed as Chair of the Hub, while Avantika Gupta, Head of Carbon Markets at Advait, will serve as Co-Chair, overseeing global operations
  • The CBC Carbon Exchange Hub will be officially launched at SNEC PV Expo in Shanghai, the world’s largest CleanTech exhibition.
  • The initiative will pioneer a new approach to carbon credit integration, enhancing market adoption for CBC’s members and industry partners.

Advait to Lead CBC’s Power Transmission and Renewables Integration Strategy

Recognizing the urgent need for a resilient power infrastructure, Advait and CBC have also committed to a long-term partnership to enhance power transmission solutions that support high-renewables energy systems.

Key aspects of this partnership include:

  • Industry Leadership & Knowledge Sharing: Advait will educate CBC leaders on building a resilient power transmission ecosystem that integrates renewables, hydrogen utilization, and smart energy solutions.
  • Strategic Integration into CBC Hubs: Advait will collaborate with CBC’s Energy Majors, Mining & Utilities Hub, integrating best practices across CleanTech, Clean Hydrogen, and Clean Water
  • Advait’s Expanded CleanTech Portfolio: Cleanvestree, CBC’s business arm, will assist Advait in identifying global partners to expand its offerings, enabling Advait to provide cutting-edge solutions

Driving CleanTech Transformation in Africa

The second partnership focuses on advancing CleanTech, clean hydrogen, and clean water transformation in Morocco and across Africa. This partnership unites Cleanvestree, Cleanvestree Africa, GFHA, and Advait to integrate resilient power transmission solutions and carbon trade markets into Africa’s economic growth strategy, fostering sustainable development and energy security.

As part of this partnership:

  • Advait will join the CBC #TogetherWeAreStronger Consortium & Ecosystems for Morocco and Africa, providing power transmission solutions and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for CleanTech, hydrogen, and ammonia projects.
  • Cleanvestree Africa will represent Advait across 17 targeted African markets, ensuring market expansion and local presence for Advait’s innovative solutions.
  • Advait will provide product samples and showcase projects, such as its Energy Restoration System (ERS), demonstrating its technological capabilities to government officials and stakeholders, accelerating the adoption of advanced energy solutions.
  • Future Vision: Establishing a CleanTech and Clean Hydrogen Manufacturing Hub in Morocco – The alliance envisions Advait joining a strategic manufacturing hub alongside GFHA’s electrolyzers, hydrogen equipment, and other CBC Consortium partners. This hub will serve as a key production center for Morocco and Africa, fostering industrial synergies and CleanTech leadership across the region.

A Vision for Collaborative Growth

Tomasz Slusarz, Founder and Vision Streamliner at the CleanTech Business Club, emphasized the significance of the partnerships, stating, “These partnerships underscore CBC’s commitment to promoting collaboration over competition, embodying the spirit of #TogetherWeAreStronger. Advait’s role as a knowledge and innovation partner highlights its dedication to advancing global cleantech transformation and supporting sustainable development goals.”

Mostafa Boulal, CEO at GFHA, highlighted Africa’s potential, saying, “By leveraging Africa’s vast natural resources, renewable energy potential, and innovative spirit, we are positioning the continent as a global leader in carbon credit generation and regenerative development. By bringing credible partners like Advait, not only through their solutions but also by integrating into our future manufacturing hub, we will strengthen our vision of making Morocco a future cleantech, clean hydrogen, clean water, and resilient power transmission solutions power hub.”

Shalin Steth, CEO of Advait Energy Transitions, added, “These alliances represent a significant step forward in our mission to drive the global energy transformation. We are proud to partner with CBC and its ecosystem to create a sustainable and resilient future for all.”
